November 16, 2016OFI Global, Inc., a leading global asset manager, today announced alignment across its Marketing and Digital Distribution divisions to streamline the delivery of solutions and enhance the client experience. The firm recently made three key senior leadership appointments: two in Marketing and one in Distribution.

Over the past year, OFI Global has taken significant steps to underscore its commitment to a client centric approach, allocating resources in the most impactful way to reach intermediaries and investors. The firm expanded its offering to include robust active management and Smart Beta solutions and recently added ESG offerings to its Revenue Weighted strategies. The firm is also highly focused on innovation and enhancing its technology to provide timely, actionable insights for clients.

The newly aligned Marketing and Digital Distribution disciplines will be led by:

  • Erik Schneberger, who has recently rejoined the firm as Head of Brand & Client Experience. He will be responsible for leading the firm’s client-facing digital properties, Brand & Advertising, Design & Multimedia, Public Affairs, and Marketing Operations & Execution. Schneberger was most recently with Neuberger Berman, where he served as Global Head of Digital and Marketing Operations. Prior to his role with Neuberger Berman, Schneberger served as Head of Digital Strategy at OppenheimerFunds.
  • Vince Grogan has been named Head of Integrated Marketing, which encompasses Broker Dealer, High Net Worth, Institutional, Retirement & Sub-Advised marketing efforts, as well as Content Strategy & Development. Previously, Grogan led Integrated Marketing for the High Net Worth and Institutional channels. Previously, he served as VP, Head of Defined Contribution Marketing at Goldman Sachs.
  • Eric Johnson has been named Head of Digital Distribution & Innovation. In this newly created role, Johnson will partner closely with the Integrated Marketing and Brand & Client Experience teams to help provide the vision and strategy for leveraging digital distribution channels to reach clients. He will also oversee the firm’s CRM systems, field-facing mobile technology, and advanced distribution analytics. Previously Johnson served as National Sales Manager for Independent Broker Dealers.

Schneberger, Grogan and Johnson will report to McDonough.
